With the exception of specifically listed on the website, delivery policy is listed below:

Free shipping for each order over HK$1,200- (Net Selling Price / after discount)

For order under HK$1,200- (Net Selling Price / after discount), delivery fee will be HK$65

• Synergy Medical Supply Co., Limited is not responsible for damages after delivery.

• If the goods is found defective, damaged or not matching to your order, please contact customer service.

• No refund or exchange can be arranged if over 3 business days of receiving goods. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The return procedure takes 1 to 3 weeks (from the date of receipt of the return).

• Should there be any disputes, Synergy Medical Supply Co., Limited reserves the right of final decision.
